How long would you like to live & how/when would you want to die?

Since Irina keeps wishing that someone would 'die', why not ask the forum members at what age when they would like to pass on.

Unfortunately, none of us lives forever.

So choose your age, how much longer you'd like to live, and how you would like to pass away.

Plus - Are you someone who will try to hang on 'til the bitter end?

Or - would you be willing to pass one sooner than that if your physical & mental faculties started to give out.

Let us know what you've learned by others who have passed on.

Apparently 'dubh, there are relatively painless drugs which can allow people to go peacefully.

Try as I might, I can't wrap my head around this.
I want to see my kids grow into adults....and how they will live their lives.....and the possibility of grandchildren and how THEY will do. I WANT TO SEE IT. I want to live long enough to see it.
Death just doesn't seem like a blessing to me, unless you are not enjoying life.

We feel what we feel:) I am so happy looking at my kids, but the minute things start to not work, I will pray for a quick end. I don’t want to be anyone’s responsibility.. cept my own.

That said, I wouldn’t do anything to rush things. We are here to examine life. Until the very last day.

If everyone you know dies and you are still around, that’s in my mind a pretty lonely place to be. Your kids are not a company. My kids are my favourite thing to watch and listen to but I don’t “hang out” with them. Not like I hang out with my friends or my partner. Ppl who remember the same things, technologies and events I remember.

As soon as things start breaking down.....things that allow me to enjoy life....I'm done.

I don't want to ever be a burden to my children. I don't want them to have to alter their lives to look after me.
I have a pact with hub. I think physically...I could go on for a long time....but if my mind becomes something that doesn't reflect who I am....take me out. I don't want anyone to have to look after me, if I become a shell of who I once was.
