There is a higher proportion of blacks and Latinos committing violence as opposed to Caucasians and the incarceration rates prove it.

However, most blacks, Caucasians, and Latinos are overall law abiding and shouldn't be called derogatory names because of their criminal proportion inherit in their racial groups.

In Trinidad where I grew up, h.onky can be an insult, but is also used innocently. Or even with love. One East Indian lady told her family that "a very nice h.onky family has moved in down the street from us. Their little golden-haired children are so cute!"

She then went on to say that she was carrying groceries home in the hot sun when this sweet, thoughtful h.onky lady saw her and rode her home. So the Indian lady invited this white Canadian lady in for tea, and they became friends. The Indian lady then referred to her new Canadian friend as "kind h.onky, thoughtful h.onky, considerate h.onky" and said "God bless our new h.onky neighbor."
