Each province has different rental laws. It's good to create national standards. There's no chance this would be considered by any of the conservative parties we currently have in either our province or nationally.

The problem is not lack of rental regulations, current laws worked well for decades. The problem is lack of supply due to sudden increase in populations. Construction industry laggs behind immigration policy. you can let people in quickly but you cannot provide dwellings at the same rate.

I do not think people outside of B.C. Will understand our politics where the NDP is liberal and the BC united party are more conservative and the Green Party makes no sense since only people on the island vote for them.
