Every cigarette means you can deduct 11 minutes from your life.
Do the math

I quot smoking after my NDE with ease for about 1 year. Then I started smoking again. I only smoke about 5-8 smokes per day...buy lately I have cut back because I want to quit...ive been trying.

But now I have more reason and strive to quit. Quite a few people I know have been diagnosed with cancer...and that's why. Just the other day I found out 2 more people I know have cancer. The one person I ran into told me when they go for their chemo treatments, there a bunch of young people there getting theor chemo treatments too... that just boggled my mind...so I contacted my friends who are getting chemo and asked them about this...they all said the same thing...a whopping group of young kids and young adults.

All of that has me very concerned. It must be tough to be middle aged with cancer and getting your treatment in a room with a bunch of kids suffering from it.

This is what is making me want to quit. Something is terribly wrong. But why?

Cancer runs in my friend's family. His mom, dad and sister died of it. He has had cancer three times. He nearly died the last time.

Good for you Berry. You can do it. For yourself and your kid. Smokes are expensive in Canada. I see Canadians buying cartons of Smokes at the Auto Mercado, here, all the time.
