Vancouver police issue warning after man exposes himself to child in West End
Suspect is Caucasian, between 55 and 65 years old and between 5'9" and 6'2" tall.

The Vancouver police have issued a warning after a white man aged about 60 exposed himself to an eight-year-old girl in a school playground in the city’s West End.

Police spokeswoman Const. Tania Visintin said the indecent act occurred on Monday between 2 and 2:30 p.m. on the playground at Lord Roberts Elementary, near Bidwell and Pendrell streets.

“A child should never have to be exposed to such a disturbing act,” Visintin said. “There’s no doubt this would have frightened the young student. She did the right thing by telling a trusted adult immediately.”
