They hang one on the wall the by the elevator at my doctor's office so you can grab one anonymously if you like.

They can still od on the benzos or tranq whatever else they add to the down and the Naloxone won't help them.
I hardly ever go to the dtes, but last time I went through I noticed there weren't many native indian hookers on the corners. There used to be one on every corner. I think they have been dying off. The better looking ones make more money, so they do more drugs and they are likely the first to go.
