I am really not sure what your response is. My question was why do you think that Russia doesn’t have as many homeless, addicted people and nut jobs as the US (that is if that was your claim upstream)?

My original reply was just a statement that both countries/states have similar issues.
I don't have exact data, and neither does Russia, they stopped collecting and publishing homeless statistics quite some time ago. Thus officially, they have very few homeless.

In some countries "homeless" is someone who sleep out for predertimend period of time (this varies from one country to another) in others everyone without permanent address (this includes people who stay with friends and family) etc..

As for nutjobs, Californian idiots dream of communism, Russian idiots dream about the Third Rome and restoration of Russian Empire.
